Comment: Best one I caught @ Hemlock was by dragging a t-rigged green pumpkin & red tube right parallel to the bank. I caught another by swimming a firetiger swimbait (3") parallel to the bank. There are some pics on my profile of both of these. Give that technique a whirl. Good luck!

Comment: Ive hit the hemlock gorge on multiple occasions and have been skunked every time...ugh. Lots of people fishing for carp in that stretch though.

Comment: I keep meaning to get over to the Waltham section but never seem to make it. Only other spot I've tried is Hemlock Gorge in Newton where I've caught some decent largemouth.

Comment: The Charles below the dam is about 36 inches below its normal level. This might be a real dry summer if we don't some rain.
